    Bam! Here’s the latest release from the vDream Team.

    Posters
    Throw your vDream car collections into a poster masterpiece and share them with your friends! As you level up, you will be able to create more posters, and as you purchase more cars you will unlock more poster options. Follow the link on the top right to get started with your first poster!

    Dashboard 2.0
    The vDream dashboard has received a little upgrade! It now displays much more relevant information such as VDI and user class information.

    Donate
    First of all, we’d like to extend a warm thanks to any user that has donated to vDream in the past. It’s a lot of work maintaining the site, and all of your donations really help us keep the site moving forward. That being said, we created a new, tiered donation system that adds increased incentives for different donation amounts. With this new tiered donation system, we’d also like to introduce the concept of car and part tickets. A car or part ticket is a free pass to purchase a car or part that is locked because a user is not at a high enough class. The user must still pay for the car or part, the ticket only gives them access to it. Car and part tickets are available at the higher donation tiers.

    Offers
    If you go to the donate page you’ll see a link at the bottom to a new offers page. Many other apps already offer this, so we though we’d give it a try. Basically, you can accept any one of the many offers as a quick way to earn more vDollars.

    well this game isn’t cheap to run, server costs money, artists cost money. so why not donate a bit ? and good job posting as anonymous.. real cool, tryin to call them out.

    - 12:55am I was the original poster. Do you really think i care if they knew who it was. Im sure they can check the IP address anyways. And i have bought parking spots and collectibles. In no way did I say that donating/charging for things is wrong, or I wouldnt buy the stuff. I simply brought up a point. When they brought out the tier system, it was to keep new people from being able to buy into the more expensive cars. And now they come out with the tickets which completly contradicts part of the point of the tier system.

    it lets them buy it yes, but they still need the v$ to purchase the car or part, and even for a saleen, the $40 is quite a lot and really helps out the team.

    The main point of the donation system is that we dont want users to donate to us, have a bunch of vdollars, and nowhere to spend it because they dont have access to the cars they want. vDream is about 2 things, 1 is building great cars, and the other is climbing the ranks on the leaderboard and user classes. Donating $$ will never help you with the latter, but we want to reward those who support us by letting them build some cool cars. That was the mentality behind all of the updates

    I love the new layout!!! Donations are a great idea, too!!! It’s a total win-win. Thanks guys! I do have a request… On the dashboard where it says ”_ _% ‘To next level’ ” Can you guys make ‘To next level’ a link to the list of different levels? I’d like to see how far up/down I am on the totem pole. You guys are doing a great job, btw.
